   If you were a co-owner of a family business as a child and your parents leave the business to you after their death.

   You worked a job for 20 year and become disabled before SS Disability is granted.
   Kept the family business for your children to keep it in the family was the reason for not selling it.

   So now you have inherited a family business, collected rent from the property/business but not a paycheck or salary before you received or were granted SS disability and continued to do the same after you receive SS Disability

   Is this illegal or fraud?
