Who Qualifies for the Medicare Part D Low Income Subsidiary Program?
Essentially, there are four types of people who will qualify for the Medicare Part D Low Income Subsidiary Program.

4. Individuals with incomes that are 135% to 149% of the Federal Poverty Guideline and assets less than$11,990.00 may qualify for the Medicare Part D Low Income Subsidiary Program. They will pay reduced premiums and deductibles, as well as pay a reduced co-pay for prescriptions.
