In accordance with Health Care Law, Medicare Set-aside is outlasting funds from a previous Workers Compensation settlement for possible medical expenses resulting from an on-the-job injury. The cases are reviewed by Workman’s Compensation Boards. Attorneys and Set-Aside Affiliated Organizations must help individual’s present claims affected by the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute. It’s wise to find good representation when bringing your case to a review board. Common Medicare Set-aside Groups

Recipients will obtain better results by being honest about their current income ranges and projected medical expenses before review. It’s important to have your case reviewed and not be fraudulent if you have medical coverage from other sources. This is very important.
