I am writing to see when the status of my grandmother, Dorothy Dean, changed. She was only medicare and became eligiable for medicaid when in the nursing home but I need a letter stating when she started receiving those services or when her verification changed. It was in 2009 sometime. If you could provide that for me I would appreciate that. I have phoned medicare and they were not able to help me via the phone. I have tried to call medicaid and have held on the phone on numerous occasions. Please respond and let me know what steps to take in order to receive this letter.

I need to know when my Medicaid will expire so I can get everything together and reapply. A couple years ago I wasnt notified when my benefits expired and it was difficult to reapply.
